Not valid during local school holidays or events (Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween & Christmas illuminations). 

You are required to show proof of staff ID or proof of employment but no need to book ahead.

Valid for TWO people.

The pass can only be used to see the show Fantazy on Tuesdays & Wednesdays until 16th October at 8.15pm and thereafter for the 2024 Christmas show, with various dates and times from 23^rd October – 28th December (Excluding Boxing Day).

The pass is not applicable for use for any of the touring shows – only for Babbacombe Theatre’s own productions.

You can turn up on show night with the pass, but if you wish to enquire about availability the box office Tel number is 01803 328385.

If you have a staff member that would like to have a trip on our steam train and boat trips, then please do contact me 2 days before the date that they would like to go.  

Please call my work mobile on: 07935 091681. I can then go through all the options and timings and leave their tickets for collection at the destination where they are starting their trip.

Please bring proof of employment (Staff ID Card), on the day you collect your tickets.

The only excursion that I am not able to supply free tickets for is our Train Of Lights event.

Admits 2 people free of charge. Email Kents Cavern (minimum 48hours before visit) at caves@kents-cavern.co.uk with the date/ time/ you would like to visit. You can view tour times on the Kents Cavern website.

Please bring proof of employment on the day of your visit. Proof of employment can be a staff ID card or payslip.

Special events including Cave Cinema, Santa in the Caves are not included in the scheme.

If visiting Greenway and travelling by car, you will need to book a parking space in advance. This can be done through the website www.nationaltrust.org.uk/greenway. 

National Trust members are entitled to free parking, non-members will need to pay.

This pass provides free entry for two individuals to Occombe Farm Park & Play. Please bring proof of employment on the day of your visit, this could include staff ID or payslip. Valid all year round but does not include any special events.

If available, the tickets will then be reserved in the staff members name for collection at the box office on the night of the event on presentation of the ERAP pass and proof of employment.

We will be delighted to have some of your staff members onboard with us however as a small company with limited seats each day; we simply cannot open this up to ALL staff members.

If you have a member of staff that you would like to come on a trip with us then please do email us at info@torquaywatersports.co.uk with a preferred day/ time and we will do all we can to accommodate.

Out of school holidays would be preferable and easier to fulfil.

The pass includes a family swim (2 adults & 2 children) for your staff anytime of the week depending on availability.

One family per attraction per week.

This is a very popular trip and seating will be limited to a daily amount of free passes.

I ask that the name/s of the staff members wishing to use our services are added to the request and that the mentioned staff members show proof of employment within your attraction and bring a photo I.D upon arrival at our offices.

Please note that we will have limited spaces during the high season (half term and summer holidays) and may not always be able to accommodate your request.

All requests starting from Torquay will need to come into Head office on 6 Vaughan parade.

All requests starting from Brixham will need to go to the main booking office in Brixham (opposite Mambos café)
