THE ENGLISH RIVIERA

The English Riviera on South Devon’s beautiful bay has always been about fun whatever the time of year. After all, we are an award-winning destination with more top attractions than any other UK seaside resort.  Made up of Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Babbacombe and St Marychurch, the English Riviera offers a variety of things to do and see.

Torquay

Voted the Top 10 UK Destination for 3 years running, everyone agrees that Torquay is great! It’s the birthplace of Agatha Christie; you can stroll along the Victorian promenade, and then there’s iconic palm trees, sweeping sandy beaches and an international marina.

We have a great selection of events throughout the year. Enjoy an excellent choice of waterfront restaurants, cafés and bars. There’s the sea to explore too with regular seasonal ferries to Paignton and Brixham.

From award-winning West End shows to leisurely shopping and a great choice of accommodation to suit all budgets, Torquay has everything you want for a perfect break.
